As a Patient Care Coordinator, I work closely with patients and providers to ensure seamless, supportive care. I attended St. Francis College and bring four years of experience in the pharmacy field, with a focus on clear communication and dependable service you can trust.

As a Medicaid Case Manager with extensive expertise in serving the Staten Island community. Known for her diligent and compassionate approach, Monica specializes in navigating high-volume eligibility determinations and complex benefits systems. She is a tireless advocate for her clients, ensuring they maintain continuity of benefits while receiving the comprehensive support they deserve. With a focus on holistic care, Monica conducts in depth assessments to address not only medical needs but also vital social determinants of health, including housing, nutrition, and education. She is also fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).

I am a Political Science major at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and plan to attend law school to become an attorney. My current role has shown me the importance of listening, supporting others, and making a positive difference in people's lives, which is what I hope to continue doing through my legal career.
